HOW TO MAP COEXISTENSE IN URBAN LANDSCAPE?
2017
TU Berlin, Berlin, Germany
Presentation at the Urban Heritage Conference
Urban Heritage Conference was a two-day international conference and a companion exhibition. The focus was on heritage ‘from below’ – urban history as it is lived, represented and transformed by local communities in diverse geographical and cultural contexts. A platform for activists, scholars, artists, cultural producers, and local residents to debate urban heritage and put forward inclusive solutions.
The presentation How to Map Coexistence in Urban Landscape? was based on Maps for Copenhagen (2012-14), a project investigating aspects of temporality, belonging, public space and cartography, construed at a participatory, nonhierarchical and self-started level.
